All our items are carefully packed and shipped from our Honolulu, Hawaii warehouse via USPS Priority Mail. Within the United States, most orders should be received within 7-10 business days. Shipping is a flat rate $7.70 per order.

The only information PayPal gives us is your name, email, shipping address, and a list of the items you ordered. You can rest assured that ordering from us is safe and secure!

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your order, simply send back the item(s) along with the original packing slip for a full refund. You have 7 days from the date your package was delivered to postmarking its return shipment. Please note that we refund the original shipping costs, but not the return shipping costs.
