The Practice

Below are weekly guidelines to gain practice in mindfulness. Each week, new concepts of mindfulness will be introduced and you will be asked to include them into your practice. We provide you with a summary of the exercises to do at the end of each week’s lesson. We hope this will help you in your practice.
